Turning the calendar to 2019 means it will be summer before you know it. Hathaway Brown is pleased to unveil this year’s edition of our summer programs and classes. In addition to updated versions of our popular athletic, academic, theatre, and Broad Horizons Day Camp offerings, we are pleased to announce other great additions for summer 2019:
- A one-week all-girls STEM camp in partnership with the Great Lakes Science Center June 24-28
- The all-new HB Summer Institute, designed to give rising 6th to 8th-grade girls a chance to try out the experiential offerings that are unique to HB’s Institute for 21st Century Education. With this year’s school-wide theme of “The Power of YOU in Community” as the organizing principle, this year’s cohort will take unique field trips, hear engaging speakers, and explore experiential projects under the guidance of the HB center directors.
- In continued partnership with University School, we are offering a bus daily between June 10 to July 19 from Solon and Chagrin Falls to campus to make it easier for campers to enjoy our many offerings.
We have also listened to parent feedback and made significant improvements to our registration process. Utilizing CampBrain, you will now be able to pay for all programs with a credit card and easily add or change your summer schedule once you’ve created your account.
To celebrate the start of our registration season, families that register for the two-week HB Summer Institute will receive a $25 discount if they use the Promo Code INSTITUTE at checkout before January 20th.
HB is pleased to offer a wide array of academic, athletic, adventure, arts, experiential, and day camp options for students of all ages, many of which are co-ed. Camps are open to students across Northeast Ohio. Invite your friends! Let’s make 2019 the Best. Summer. Ever.
